Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 16, 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains how Canadian Helicopters Limited (“Canadian Helicopters”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website. It covers our use of cookies and how to reach us about privacy. It does not cover recruitment: job applications are handled on a separate service (SmartRecruiters) under its own privacy terms, and information you submit there is not collected by this website.
2. Who to contact about privacy
If you have a question, request, or complaint about privacy, you can reach our person in charge of the protection of personal information:
Person in Charge of the Protection of Personal Information, Director of Information TechnologyCanadian Helicopters Limited
Email: privacy@canadianhelicopters.com
3. Information we collect through this website
This website does not collect personal information from visitors. It has no contact form, no account sign-up, and no other feature that asks you to submit personal information. We publish an email address so you can reach us, but any message you choose to send goes through ordinary email, outside this website, and is handled under our normal information-handling practices rather than by the website itself. The only information involving the website is the limited technical data set by cookies, described in section 4.
4. Cookies
By default, this website sets only the essential cookies needed for it to function. Some pages offer embedded video content from third parties, which can set additional cookies. Those optional cookies are not set until you agree through the cookie banner on the site, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Your privacy rights
Subject to legal limits, you have privacy rights under Canadian privacy law, including the right to ask what personal information an organization holds about you, to ask that it be corrected, and to make a privacy complaint. If you have contacted us by email and wish to make such a request, or have any privacy question, please reach the person named in section 2. We will respond within the time required by law, generally within 30 days.
6. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to contact the applicable privacy regulator: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and for Quebec residents, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
