Don Wall

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wall took on the responsibility of President & CEO in late 2009. Mr. Wall has held various positions with Canadian Helicopters and its predecessors since 1989, including Senior Executive Vice-President and other senior management positions. Mr. Wall holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Matthew Wright, CFA, MBA

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Matthew Wright has held the position of Vice President & CFO since August 2015. Previous to this appointment, he held the position of Manager of Investor Relations and Financial Analysis. Mr. Wright holds a Masters of Business Administration with a finance specialization from the University of Alberta, a Masters of Theological Studies from the University of Toronto and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sylvain Séguin

Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Seguin assumed the role of Vice President & Chief Operating Officer in mid 2012. In this position Mr. Seguin is responsible for operations, maintenance, marketing, and safety for the Canada based charter business. Prior to this role, Mr. Seguin held the position of Vice President and Director of Marketing – Eastern (2009-2012) and Vice President, Safety and Quality from (2004-2009). With over 40 years of experience in aviation, Mr. Seguin has taken to the air in many capacities during his flying career as a Helicopter Pilot, Flight Instructor, EMS Captain and EMS System Safety Manager. Fluently bilingual, Mr Seguin serves on the board of the Helicopter Association of Canada and is active in the Quebec Transport Association.

Shawn Cruickshank

Vice President, Safety & Quality

Mr. Cruickshank joined Canadian Helicopters in the summer of 2014. He has over 35 years industry experience covering the military, civilian offshore and medevac fields. He has extensive instructional helicopter experience with the Canadian Air Force and United States Navy as an Instrument Check Pilot /Human Factors Instructor and has been responsible for managing safety programs for both the Canadian Air Force and US Navy. Mr. Cruickshank holds accreditations in Aviation Safety, Accident Investigation, Risk Management, and Human Factors from the Southern California Safety Institute, and rotary wing specific Accident Investigation from the University of Southern California and Bell Helicopter Training Institute.

Robert MacKay

Vice President, Special Projects

Mr. MacKay has been Vice President, Special Projects of Canadian Helicopters since 2004 and has been with Canadian Helicopters and its predecessors for over 40 years. In addition to being an experienced pilot, he has previously held the positions of Vice President and General Manager Western Canada, Vice President Marketing Western Division and Base Manager. He studied engineering at University of Waterloo, Ontario and completed a marketing management course at University of Western Ontario.

Ed Bergnach

Vice President & Director, Maintenance

Mr. Bergnach has been Vice President and Director, Maintenance with Canadian Helicopters since 2001 and has been with Canadian Helicopters and its predecessors since 1983. He is responsible for all aspects of the maintenance and inventory of helicopters, as well as ensuring that all Transport Canada and corporate policies, regulations and standards for aircraft maintenance are strictly adhered to. He has previously held the position of Quality Manager. Mr. Bergnach has held his AME license since 1985.

Andrew LeBlanc, MBA

Vice President Operations

Mr. LeBlanc was appointed Vice President Operations in 2016. As a pilot and manager he has acquired more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry. Since he joined Canadian Helicopters Limited in 2000, he has contributed in various roles such as: Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, Base Manager and Line Pilot. Mr. LeBlanc holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Quebec.
